Кто нибудь может накидать материалов, статей или готовых инструментов? Требуется прочесть размытый (пикселизированный) текст. Шрифт, размер известен.

размытый - это deblur (https://habrahabr.ru/post/180393/), пикселизированный (низкого разрешения?) - в общем случае это superresolution (https://arxiv.org/pdf/1501.00092.pdf), который можно значительно улучшить для конкретной задачи ("шрифт, размер известен" & изображение не одно нужно обработать & это чат про глубокие сети => можно нагенерить специализированную под задачу выборку).

ну составляй датасет, и делай как в mnist (полносвязная сеть или cnn)

Фильтр "Мозайка" фотошоп. Шрифт, его размер, все параметры известны.

думаю, тут нейросети не дадут преимущества. если то что читают было просто пикселизировано, никаких других усилий для затруднения чтения не прикладывалось, то вроде можно просто в лоб решить - пикселизировать буквы и сравнивать?
