Т.е. реагирует с отставанием, но может делать очень быстрые комбинации?
Нет, тут важно нажать клавишу в нужный момент. Так вот, точность нажатия может быть очень высокой. Представь быстро движущуюся маленькую цель. Если посмотреть на соседние фреймы на экране, то между двумя положениями будет огромный gap. Так вот, суть обработки инпута с высоким fps в том, что будут промежуточные состояния, и ты можешь убить врага в этом gap-е.
