Hi there! I'm absolute noob in FPGA but pretty good with general programming. I'd like to learn and make super basic implementation of RISC-V core (r32i) based on book "Digital Design and Computer Architecture by David Money Harris and Sarah L Harris". I understand that book itself is about MIPS processor development, but I think I can manage that. Anyhow the question is. Which dev board should I use? The book offer some Altera V board like Terasic DE0-CV.
