Есть и еще один ньюанс (касательно ИТпроектов), у интегратора ты зарабатываешь деньги для компании, а на внутренних - тратишь деньги компании

На последнем месте, где я работаю чуть меньше двух лет. Смена моей должности/роли - 5 раз (Product Owner (разработка) в Scrum команде, Business Analyst (оценка потребностей, проработка бизнес стратегии), Project Manager, Program Manager, IT Business Partner). Смена руководства - 6 раз. Сейчас по всей видимости хотят отжать у меня команду (руководители проектов, аналитики) и в очередной раз поменять должность и начальника😂 Менялась бы каждый раз зарплата...)
В ситуации конечно есть свои плюсы. Например, опыт в разных ролях, развитие разных компетенций, достаточно хорошее понимание политики в компании, но чувство стабильности отсутствует напрочь. Чувствую, что скоро начну изучать рынок труда:)

I ask you to clarify the requirements of auditors to PM Education Records to confirm 35 hours of project management education.
On the page https://certification.pmi.org, it is indicated that: "To property document these activities you must include a certificate, transcript, or letter of attendance from the company, Registered Education Provider (R. E. P.), school or institute that provided the training".
Do I understand correctly that it is necessary to send the originals of these documents, not copies?
Will it be correct to send copies of these certificates? - I'd like to keep the originals.

Если у них возникают при аудите вопросы, они могут адресоваться напрямую к учебной лрганизации. Но на моей памяти такое один на только было
