Position: Senior/Lead Product Analyst
We are looking for Senior Product Analysts to join our Product team focused on marketplace growth. You will be responsible for analyzing our marketplaces, building cross business vertical data insights, segmentations and models to help make the most efficient and timely marketplace growth decisions across the globe.
Your daily adventures will include:
📍 Interpret data from different business verticals using statistical techniques, identify trends or patterns and proactively communicate insights to make business and product recommendations (e.g. cost-benefit, forecasting, impact analysis, segmentation models etc.).
📍 Collaborate on the product analytics roadmap for your domain that would ensure the best returns and work with Product Managers to align it to business needs and bring results live.
📍 Proactively and together with other product and business analysts, data science and data engineering teams step up the game to get best out of Bolt's data.
We are looking for:
📍 BS/MS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics.
📍 4+ years experience dealing with large volumes of data, ideally in fast-paced multi-market technology companies.
📍 Amazing SQL, Python and/or R skills, experience with BI tools and data visualization techniques, expertise in ML frameworks is a plus.
📍 Experience with marketing and financial analytics is a plus. You will get an extra credit for experience with marketplaces, pricing and discount strategies.
📍 Fluent written and spoken communication in English, ability to explain complex data insights and underlying rationale in simple terms.
