There are two ways to do a common work with a polls.
1st is the group mode. A special group where are only admins are. They are able to create, edit and publish some polls to the groups/channels that are settled there.
2nd way is to create the personal bot, add an admins there and do the same as in 1st variant. Also you can use the personal bot by your own.
The difference is how the poll will be named. By 1st way you'll get a poll named with QuAn. By 2nd way you'll get a poll named with your personal bot.
