это прикольно, потому что получается, что ETH всё равно же обладает этим свойством (security), но при этом является commodity - это и есть инновация, получается

а вот DOTs - наверняка будет классифицировано, как security. Так как Polkadot по-сути - это такой огромный DAO. Даже хуже - тебе всё еще нужно залочить DOTы для того, чтобы занять слот(ы) в сети. Модель корпорации.
