Canary route check failing - это сетевая проблема на одной из нод

из подов с ингрессом нет доступа до роута на канари поды

а какой солюшн?

Verify that the route to ingress canary pods in your cluster is reachable to your Ingress operator pod

А если нет - смотри почему SDN фейлится и есть ли вообще коннект между нодами

Проверяй каждый этап трафик приходит на ингрес с ингресса на под аус на каждом этапе ищешь где перестало отвечать
