Friends I am testing with the Fedora 30 distribution to use RTL in the usb.
I use the command "rtl_fm -M wbfm -f 89.1M | play -r 32k -t raw -e s -b 16 -c 1 -V1 -", but now the Play command is not being found.
Which package do I have to install to have Play?

I'd suggest you to get it from RTL-SDR blog if you want to start with something cheap and simple. They even have an official store at AliExpress.com
