Там же спич про то, что 10 задач в каждом из 3 бэклогов (новое, баги, техдолг). Чтобы оставить по 10 задач не приоритизацию ли нужно провести предварительно, чтобы определить, что положить в бэклог, а что нет? В том или ином виде она никуда не денется, покуда идей и задач больше, чем пропускная способность разработчиков )
