I want to compare results for data transfer between fpga and host by PCI Express. My results: 11000 MBytes per second on PCIe 3.0 x16 and 6200 on PCIe 3.0 x8. 1 MByte = 1024*1024 bytes.

I think it is unavailable. The limit for FPGA is 200W in new devices. My experience - 100W for board with Kintex Ultrascale KU115
