Hi, in apex 19 we use a lot the debug->session section to evaluate some queries in the page... but since 20 this section in almost empty. Is this the normal behaviour?

If you want to store the data to OCI cloud dB. I believe for this you can use restful web services/ORDS,create an API to fetch data from your on-premise DB and use it in cloud DB to store the data
