Yes there are so many accents in the world but I think that if you have your own accent it’s good. But the important thing is If you say something in English and people around you from America, from Australia, from England and etc. understand you, in these cases you are a cool guy 😎
What you said is impossible. People from GB and USA have problems understanding each other...

In nothern parts of Russia people pronounce 'г' like 'г'. In southern - like 'х'. So where lies similarity to Russians in pronunciation of that sound? =)

Well, exactly a year ago we spent a week in Murmansk with a girl from China. I saw no problems with her accent, she spoke English well enough.
I dont talk to you about you experiense with girls in Murmansk) Many people not U.S. or GB have very good pronanciation in eng)) Some people in U.S. have bad pronanciations. But we talk about most people. Russian accent is bad. But most chineese people dont understand nothing in eng.

Yep, you just said that some Russians speak English bad. It isn't accent, it's just they don't know how to pronounce some sounds.
