Не нейтивы тоже на высокие сдают и девятки бывают, все от человека и уровня подготовки зависит ИМХО.
Ну по пассивным может и повезти, ну и натаскаться можно, а вот активные на 9ки не нейтиву надо оченно постараться имхо)

Ну нейтиву без подготовки к IELTS конкретно тоже думаю будет непросто, но вцелом соглашусь.

Я такое подписывала от местного агенства. Но штрафа там не было. Со штрафом я бы не стала подписывать.

Сижу в опенспейсе, процентов 40 - азиаты, никакого галдежа, все работают нормально, вообще не вижу проблемы.

А почему вы думаете, что речь о контракте?
‘Consultant/Vendor’ - это термины описывающие подрядчика, обычно контрактора. Опять таки такие соглашения подписывали только контракторы с которыми знаком и не знаю о FTE чтобы такое надо было. Но я тут в продуктовой компании. Наверное если работать на какого-то интегратора, то могут и своих FTE заставлять такое подписать. Тут уж не знаю
