а чем тебя штатный хендлер не устраивает? Заведи его на папку и забирай свои отбивки поставив галку в настройках. incoming mail это чать core и он есть у всех

Это если "быстро и дешево"

Либо конвертить html в wiki-разметку

Это если "хорошо и правильно, но гемор"

В принципе есть даже онлайн-конвертеры разметки, но без ручного труда вряд ли обойдётся

You will be overseeing and working on the JIRA and Confluence environment, liaising with the business and creating solutions.

• Oversee and work with the JIRA and Confluence environment
• Improve and optimize Jira process workflows
• Oversee the information structure in Confluence
• Сreate solutions to complex problems and validate requirements with stakeholders and create solutions with Jira
• Create dashboards and filters in Jira for different teams
• Collaborate in backend support, and coordinate upgrades and maintenance
• Deliver educational information to our teams for further Jira adoption
• Work with Developers for highly technical Jira requirements.

Your background and skills:
• Jira and Confluence administration, support and configuration with Jira Reporting, filters, labels, Jira Rest API's, Agile, Epics or Components.
• Experience with integration with Slack, Google WorkSpace and other SaaS/on Premise software
• Knowledge of Atlassian architecture, with a focus on JIRA, Service Desk and Confluence, with workflows, permissions, notifications and screens.
• Atlassian certificates would be an advantage

еще вопросик, кто нибудь знает как задать ограничение на колво строк страницы в Confluence? есть пользователи которые добавляют, очень много описания на страницу а потом жалуются что у них браузер подвисает из за конфлюенс)
