Запустили ipoe, возникла проблема с одной учеткой, разрывается сессия через 10 секунд, хотя в конфиге idle-timeout=60

С чем это может быть связано?

opt82 и L2? shared = 1?

как у клиента может висеть 24, если DHCP ему отдает 32?
