Согласен, ошибся тоже самое

Я просто удалил привязку бота к каналу в controller bot и поставил обратно, не удаляя бота. Всё запустилось

Знаю что тут обсуждение другого бота, посоветуй не хрень типа манибота

There are so many reasons for this; You could have set some options wrong, you could be using the original Qu'an bot and not your personalized version, you could be trying to publish a poll inline while not having set your bot inline, etc. etc.
I can't help you to solve the problem, I am a mere user of the bot myself - and not a very expert one - but I can tell you that if you want to receive an answer it would help if you specify all the details of your problem: what are you doing exactly, where, what is your purpose, what happens instead, what is the error message you encounter if any, etc. etc.
Simply saying "I can't publish a poll" is not going to attract many answers I am afraid.. :)

I use a personalized bot, I am the administrator of a personal bot owned by a friend of mine. I was trying to publish the poll, but the bot sent me a message alerting me I couldn't do it and that I had to report it in this chat.
Everything was fine, in fact some minutes later I was able to publish my poll. So the problem is gone.
