Unfortunately we still haven't complete English instructions how the personal bot used to be set. Pls follow the discussion started from https://t.me/ZBots/27646 approx.
BTW, do you still recommend to create such a "personal bot" instead of using QuanBot directly? What are the advantages? Also, another thing I'd like to know is if you have some explanation stating your privacy policies (I mean: votes are directed to your server, don't they?... are votes for my polls secret, or can you read them in your server?

Да, работает. Но у меня с домашнего провайдера не заходит в систему оплаты. Включаю моб интернет и всё ок.

Using personal bot you may personalize your polls. By setting the name, picture and welcome message "what can this bot do" of your bot. You may set the list of /commands which the rest users are available to see.
All the content of the polls saved on private server. Media, votes, names. Only one person has an access to the database and it is a developer.

Thanks a lot. I'm the only admin creating polls in the channel, so I think in my case the "personal bot" doesn't make much sense because I'm the only one seeing the bot and interacting with it: the channel suscribers just see polls but have no means to know the bot doing them.

BTW, are phone numbers of the voters included in the data received by your server? (I suppose no, but just to confirm).

Only those phone numbers that was given by users as reaction on the "phone" request will be saved. If it had been set in the voting settings (edit options -> voting -> customize -> phone)
