Как тут написать, задай вопрос?! Вместо этой стандартной фразы?
Можно добавить отдельную кнопку с такой надписью и прикрепить бота для обратной связи или же в настройках кнопки включить коментарии.

Maybe your group was turned into supergroup after you added it to the bot publishing list?

Нужно чтобы то что пишут приходило в бот, а не в чат
Включите комментарии в варианте. Если Вам надо, чтобы кнопка с вашим названием работала как стандартная "предложить вариант", то не получится. Нужно будет или открывать комментарии для всех, или периодически просматривать результаты.

How many times you have edited the description, annul the results of your very old poll? What about your balance? Is it enough to create a new poll?

The results are updated in bot pv.
But not on group.
I have edited sometimes, but not often.
