Microsoft originally disabled access to the account due to a serious violation of the Microsoft Services Agreement

The account has been reactivated for now. It is imperative that you immediately update the account information, especially your Skype profile in accordance with the Microsoft Services Agreement.
Please verify that your Skype profile picture or Mood does not violate the Code of Conduct. If the account is found in violation again, the account may become permanently closed.
To change the profile picture from any platform or device, sign into your Skype Account.
Click your Skype name in the top left corner.
Click your profile picture.
Take a new picture with your webcam, or browse to the photo you want to use and click Open.
To change your 'mood' from any platform or device, sign into your Skype Account.
Click your Skype name in the top left corner.
Click your profile picture.
Update text on the "Share what you're up to" field
