My wife and I drove the 5 1/2 hours to Chicago on Saturday. With a live event and weigh-in, I worried about the travel. I tend to gain weight on road trips from the time sitting behind the wheel (and maybe due to grabbing snacks at every gas station like a 5 year old — I don’t know!)
