EPAM is looking for Senior Experience Designer to become a part of the distributed global design group of 450+ multi-discipline designers (service, industrial, game designers, etc.). We are passionate about what we do — helping organizations use design to create valuable customer experiences across platforms and touchpoints.
What we expect:
🔹5+ years of UX or UI design
🔹7+ completed, real projects
🔹Strong portfolio with UI artifacts and UX case studies
🔹Experience with core Design Thinking activities (gap analysis, testing, user interview, etc.)
🔹Solid understanding of the delivery process
🔹Great communication skills
🔹Ability to work in a team
🔹Capability to present and advocate design decisions
🔹Capacity and desire to mentor other designers
🔹English level: B1+ and higher
Nice to have:
🔹Сontrol and measure results at projects
🔹Team management skills
🔹Ability to manage and eliminate сonflict issue
🔹Experience in UX workshops
