да, Это несложно. тогда никаких проблем не вижу. Я несколько лет вообще успешно работал под псевдонимом, пока не потребовали ID и не запретили Пионер

And if you could find someone even, there's no guarantee that you will save it when you get first statistics some months later that is very important for getting new customers.
I see 2 main problems for you, if you could do it:

2. Withdraw the money
I would recommend next steps. I saw above that you can use vpn in China. So do it. You can start with free vpn, next you can rent some external server and setup your own vpn server there (I use it in Hetzner for 5 euro per month)? Own vpn server will give you free internet, great performance and required security.
And if you could find someone even, there's no guarantee that you will save it when you get first statistics some months later that is very important for getting new customers.

Next, register at upwork and in Payoneer, if you can do the last step. I can not speak something about sending your ID to upwork and Payoneer but GIMP can help. They will not verify the docs, they must have them only in accordance to the U_S_A laws.

Payoneer uses Mastercard provider for issued cards. You must send request to get a card by post. Use a lot of links in internet for registering an account for free for first year.
