Yes popup came..after entering 3 values and selecting operation..like + or - , after that. This error came

Yes. If you will enter a value including special characters then it will give an error

It asked for input 1 : I wrote 20 , it asked for input 2: I wrote 10, then bot said choose operation from below , I chose + , then after that it should display 30 , but error comes, + is not a valid value of int32

Then what should I do to avoid this error?

If u want to add two numbers then use two input dialogues and two values in two different variables like A & B.
Then use assign activity, add these two variables using + sign and store in another variable C.
Like C= A+B
