разработчики raspberry красавцы. в LibreElec есть штатная возможность включения кучи логов. в том числе и HDMI CEC. А потом их можно просто чакачть по самбе.
вот навскидку, что я нашел по громкости. По хорошему, надо будет обнулить логи и заново запустить.
