What you'll do:
• Own our Help Center strategy and architecture.
• Produce well-written articles for the Chatfuel Help Center that address our users’ needs, including how-to articles, walkthroughs, and documentation of known issues.
• Explain complex technical concepts in a concise and clear manner.
• Work closely with the Support team, PMs, designers, and developers to produce quality content and identify documentation requirements.
• Evolve Help Center content by eliminating anything outdated, and rewriting existing documentation in compliance with updates in product.
• Prepare quality screenshots and other images to back up the written matter.
• Analyse content suitability, user satisfaction, and ticket reduction.
• Ensure that help content has all of the correct and accurate information.
• Deliver under tight deadlines with minimal revisions.

Who you are:
• A native level English speaker with a minimum of 2 years of experience in content, technical, or product writing.
• You’re passionate about writing help content and are able to translate complex information into user-friendly content.
• You’re Internet-savvy, flexible, and eager to take on multiple, challenging tasks.
• You have a strategic mindset.
• You enjoy working together with stakeholders to deliver quality documentation.
• You're not afraid to speak your mind and you like to take ownership. You're determined to influence content, drive the strategy.
• You know how to work in Intercom (or any other CMS).
