Не отвечает, а отвечал и не на все, а когда я присылал баг репорт, оформленный в виде проекта и когда это совпадало с теми задачами, которые на тот момент выполняла его команда.

I also want to ask about if S#.api is really open source and for free or there are components from it that would be missing /blocked?
If thats the case may i know how much would it be to full access to it ? For personal development?

Nothing changes, S# Designer is still for free. And here is an unofficial russian community. So don't wait for any answers from S# development team.

Here you can't get any answer. Their support is terrible, so just wait and try to write on english part of the official web site.

First thing i noticed i have 3.5 and 4.5 not 3.1 core runtime

Secondly i couldnt find the unblock from the installer.zip as shown

Finally didnt seem to find the .bat

What i will do is start all over again
