I did purchase trial version for 7 days and it has expired. I just purchase new account today for $100. After running the software my old account for the trial keeps popping up and once i change it to the new one it says license has been expired. What should i do ??

I have uninstalled the previous license i purchase $30 for 7 days. I just purchase new one now for $100 a month. I don't know why it keeps opening to the old account and when u try to sign in with new user name and password, it says license expired. What should i do ??
