∙ Linux system engineer: Level 3
∙ Networking: LAN/WAN/Firewalls/Routers (basic knowledge at least)
∙ Linux Distro's: Ubuntu/Debian, RedHat & CentOS
∙ Server Level Services: Email Services (Sendmail, Exim,Postfix), Firewalls (PfSense, IPtables etc..)
∙ Web Hosting Control Panels: cPanel, Plesk & DirectAdmin
∙ VPS Management Interfaces: Proxmox, SolusVM.
∙ Virtualization Technologies: KVM & XEN
∙ Raid: Configuration & Recovery
∙ Working on dedicated servers remotely via Console/KVM/IPMI.
∙ Performance optimization for master nodes (KVM/XEN).
∙ Data Recovery / Crisis Recovery
∙ Data Bases: MySQL, Oracle, additional Dbs experience is a plus.
∙ Building single nodes, clusters and optimizing for maximum performance: KVM, XEN nodes.
Other skills:
∙ Speaking fluently in English (mostly text, helpdesk, chat)
∙ Working under high pressure.
∙ Be a strong leader and same time, strong team player.
∙ Understand and properly manage priorities.
∙ Strong communicator.
