Extended Pitch: 20.3mm
Standard keyboard pitch is 19.05mm, this is 6.5% more (in both directions).
I don't have particularly long fingers, but they tend to touch each others when resting on the home row of a standard keyboard. The extra space minimizes conflicts between fingers and it feels more spacious and comfortable.
This wouldn't make sense for me on a full keyboard, but on a 40% it works: still little wrists movements, but a little bit more fingers movements.
Total length of a row is increased by about 20mm.
