We are writing today to let you know we will soon change how we calculate the Job Success Score (JSS).
Starting in March, JSS will be recalculated to give higher-paying jobs more weight than lesser-paying ones. We also will no longer include contracts that have positive feedback but no earnings in JSS.
All other JSS policies will remain unchanged.
Before implementing these changes, we wanted to alert you that your JSS is likely to drop based on your current job outcome history (or your agency’s history if you only work through an agency). If you are Top Rated, you may also lose this status. You can improve your JSS by getting more jobs – especially large-budget jobs - with positive feedback from your clients.
Going forward, receiving stellar feedback on smaller-budget jobs can still get you a 100% JSS. We are only changing the impact of jobs based on earnings. This means that successfully completing a job with a larger budget will boost your score more than a job with a small budget.
Since we know you might have more questions about this upcoming change, we suggest checking out our Community announcement for additional FAQs.
