We are looking for an Executive Search consultant for a Product function. He or She will be focusing on senior level positions, being responsible for a full recruitment cycle.
An Executive Search consultant will:
• Build partnership with our clients to get a clear view on their strategic business goals;
• Clarify and create a position description;
• Design and implement a targeted research strategy;
• Analyze client’s competitors and deep dive into the talent market;
• Making a long list of candidates;
• Conduct confidential interviews, background check;
• Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile information;
• Provide support to our clients on best practices of interview and negotiation with top level technical management in Russia and abroad;
• Create a weekly clear report to clients;
• Network and build long-lasting relationships with high level candidates.
We are expecting:
• 7+ years of progressive corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience with a focus on passive candidate direct search in Product managering;
• Proven track record in recruitment for senior level positions (i.e., senior Product managers);
• Deep understanding of recruitment processes;
• Excellent candidate experience as a top priority;
• Business acumen and market insight;
• Strong hands-on skills at research and approach best candidates;
• Bachelor's degree in Economics OR Management organization;
• Effective negotiation and communication skills;
• English of upper-intermediate level or higher;
• Fluent Russian.
