I already did it bro, also change the apn and the network type to 3g and 2g and it does not give a signal

Yo he cambiado a muchas Roms mi celular y siempre me pasa lo mismo y lo único que hago es configurar mi apn. En este caso puedes probar limpiando la sim con cuidado apaga tu celular. Y sin tocar las partes metálicas de la SIM y sopla en la bandeja donde entra la SIM a tu celular. Y vuelve la a introducir
