Smart charging is not working in havoc 3.5
What I remember that havoc 3.5 has option to enable fast charge when u connected with pc but there is any option to enable first charge when it's pluged with board?

I forgot the interfaces of miui search in security app and gib the phone password and remove pasword from app lock
