Stupid question, 4 days ago I flashed bad rom, 2 days ago I clean flashed new rom, can i get errors from the bad rom in the new rom? ( do clean flash remove all files from the old rom or some files stays?), cuz I have very strange and stupid issue

It's with syberia os, I flashed it 4-5 days ago, for some reason keep showing me system don't responding, after that I get lock screen, tapping and buttons didn't work only forced reboot (long press power button), then I decided to flash another rom, I flashed evaluation x, the problem happened with Eva x rom, I thought maybe my bad, now I am on rebellion os, same thing the same problem happened, system not responding then stuck lock screen, I googled it, I found this same problem happened to 2 people with mido (note 4x, and they said, all asop rom after this will have the same problem)

Before flashing syberia os I tried a lot of roms, no problem, after it with every rom the same problem
