a tender:
1. Planning and procurement of equipment for 290 million RUB.
2. Planning payroll, tax base and staff recruitment costs.
3. Search for contractors, signing contracts for installation work, laying and installation of
electrical equipment (racks, UPS, low-voltage and conventional networks).
Working with software architects and consulting on requirements specification for the software.
1. Planning with the teams the work for 2 weeks, the creation of planning documentation for
changes in database schemas, queues and data.
2. Preparation of demonstrations for the customer of prototypes and mock-ups of the hardware-
software complex.
3. Advocacy before the TOP-management of delivery dates.
4. Discussion of the technical specification, its amendments due to the limited qualifications of
development teams on certain issues in a limited budget and time.
5. The resolution of conflict situations between teams over implementations.
6. Assisting in selecting software platforms for storing and processing data, taking into account
the qualifications of the development.
7. Search, selection and interviewing of software developers and testers
Planning the work of the company, the technical part, as a subcontractor of JSC “GNIVC”, work with
their Product Management on issues of changes and decisions of the top management of companies
during the implementation of projects.
1. Planning the ongoing work and releases of 3 development teams.
2. Daily meetings with 3 Team Development Leads.
3. Work with testers, setting tasks for testing, checking bottlenecks in the infrastructure, transferring
testing tasks to the development team, meeting with Team Leads regarding the transfer of data
between circuits and their processing.
4. Planning the infrastructure for our part of the projects with PKU-Tax service (which service the
products of JSC GNIVC).
5. Rolling out releases and conducting demonstrations of our part of the products.
6. Search, selection and interviewing of software developers and testers.
