Смотря какие цели. Если просто, чтобы укатить с просадкой в уровне жизни или +- таким же уровнем, то наверное да. А если хочется большего, то в Германии ловить нечего, имхо.

Массовая медицина там не сказать чтобы хорошая. В критических случаях да, вытащат, а при обычных проблемах скорее всего придется страдать. Сам не проверял, но много друхей-знакомых там, кто разницы с Москвой не заметил. +- также или хуже (в зависимости от локации).

Duties
Building connectors for data sources and destinations is a critical part of what will make Airbyte successful. Some of the things you’ll focus on building are connectors like:
—  Python will be mostly focused on APIs and frameworks for building APIs ○ REST APIs, SOAP, GraphQl, etc...
—  Building abstractions and frameworks to increase leverage in developing connectors
—  Building & maintaining test frameworks to ensure high quality & performance

Солнце солнцу рознь. Конечно, если ходить под лучами и без защиты в виде кепки/панамки, футболки, то это плохо. Я про другое, скорее про восприятие. Когда просто солнечный день, это лучше воспринимается человеком.

Тут кому как. Я бы лучше катался на машине, чем на ОТ. Тем более в эпоху ковида.
