Generally it can't create MySQL database, it's strange.

You need MySQL newer than the 5.7.7 release or MariaDB newer than the 10.2.2 release

Or simply decrease key length to 190 and create tables manually like this:

И вообще возможно имеет смысл сократить длину этого поля. Не помню, что бы у нас были там длинные ключи...
