Не заметил что вопрос про файлы, открытые на чтение. Тогда аргумент снимается.

У меня такое вопрос.
Как хранить сообщения вызываемых исключений?

Выберите что-то, или можете сказать свой вариант:
1 - нигде просто при вызове отдать строку
2 - в переменной , например “error_message”
3- в словаре. Он может быть определен даже в другом модуле
4 - в классе, например “ErrorMessage”, и сообщения исключений будут в атрибутах. Он тоже может быть в другом модуле.

зачем последние две строки? Можно ж просто while a
