• Digital campaigns: concept development, technical set-up and optimization in the self-service ad platforms (Yandex Direct and Display, Google Marketing Platform, Mail myTarget);
• Analytical reports and interactive dashboards preparation with the help of rich in-house digital infrastructure (Google Analytics 360, Google BigQuery + Tableau BI);
• Supervision of creatives production process: various targeting/formats options analysis, building the concept of well-balanced advertising call to action from external banner to lead-form on landing page, control of creatives compliance with the moderation requirements;
• Conducting cross-channel efficiency analysis and preparing briefs for flight campaigns (both tactic and image) media-plans and further agency control;
• Generation of new hypotheses for target audience, formats, communication message and site optimization.
Requirements:
• Experience of ad setup in Programmatic self-service platforms (Yandex Direct, Yandex Display, Google AdWords);
• Understanding of automotive industry marketing, customer journey (from Awareness to Purchase) and KPI’s at each stage of funnel (cpu, cpv, cpc, cpa);
• Excellent knowledge of web-analytics instruments (Google Analytics, Tableau BI);
• Fluency in Excel (pivot tables, charts, complex functions);
• Understanding of digital creatives’ formats and production process;
• Analytical mindset and ability to go into details;
• Strong communicational skills, experience in working with partners;
• Multitasking;

• Upper-Intermediate English
