Попробуй отключить NUMA - для неё нужно допиливать параметры загрузки, а мне лень в воскресенье вечером это гуглить

С NUMA есть такая фишка, что она упирается где-то в гиг рамы

Хотя правильный вопрос, наверное - зачем тебе портянка скриптовая? Поставь libvirtd, она 95% потребностей закрывает

убрал я hugepage, завелась ВМ.

Это логично, если ты заранее не выделил hugepage
