I have two app A, B and want to make user when sign in from app A can be admistrator in the both of two applications
Because i found same user in app A is administrator and in app B is contributier

1) keep same application items with same name with global scope.
2) set all application item in login page after succesfull login in both application.
3) now when you redirect or refer to another app page from one app. It will not ask for login.
I am aware about this solution, but not tested yet.
