у меня под админом через cli выдает все образа. Дебаг показывает вот так
но админ уменя имеет наследуемую роль во всех проектах

доступ есть, там выводит больше образов, чем видно в horizon и я собираю скриптом, но не видно некоторых, которые в horizon с
