попробуй посмотреть tcpdump -i eth3.1276 -e -n

типа пашет?

ну еще можно попробовать отключить vlan offload, но я уже сто лет не помню проблем с влан-офлодом

там сервер с 4 сетевухами, хост в сети через eth0 общается

С вланами?

ну отключи офлоды влановские ethtool -K eth3 rxvlan off txvlan off

ну уж совсем днищевский реалтек должен быть чтоб вланы не работали с офлодом
