А если посмотреть что-то из SNR?

Коллеги, добрый день, помогите советом, пожалуйста. Есть такая схема. В транке 2 влана- менеджмент и интернет. Etherchannel уже настроен, цель- сбалансировать нагрузку. У Cisco куча настроек балансировки, у SNR довольно скудно. Так как основной трафик download, на Cisco поставил балансировку по dst-ip, на SNR dst-src-ip (за неимением лучшего). Не работает балансировка. Что бы я ни менял на Циске, нагрузка просто перекидывается полностью на другой порт. Как с этим быть? Нид хелп)

На оба 2965 тот же транк летит

правда я в целях унификации hybrid mode юзал, но легко меняется на транк без проблем, тогда и отдельно нативный влан разрешать не надо.

Подскажите про конвертер с PoE: SNR-CVT-
-1000SFP-POE. Он может класть медный порт при пропадании оптики ? Так чтобы PoE Отключалось.

@shumbor спасибо, добавил на киску на интерфейсы channel-protocol lacp, пока ничего не изменилось в балансировке, но всё равно спасибо)
