You should provide necessary configuration parameters for a sender in the notifier configuration. Notifier config is described in the docs, I think.

As for SMTP server setup, this is out of the scope for our documentation

Can someone help me with building moira locally. I tried the steps given in the documentation but after cloning the repository and cd into the docker compose folder,the "docker-compose pull" command does not work and throws this errror:ERROR: Couldn't connect to Docker daemon at http+docker://localhost - is it running? I also tried solutions on the internet but it does not seem to work.

fork the moira repo instead of the docker compose repo
