Hi guys, my name is Jae Joo, and I am a student studying Computer Science in Cornell University. I mostly have contracting experience with full-stack React, Node, MongoDB, so I guess this would be my first step into open source. I’m pretty excited to figure out what I can contribute!

I'm interested in web2.0, so I’ll start off by getting a feel for the existing code base. I had a look at the pinned post, and it seems that all the available tasks have someone working on them. The web2.0 repo doesn't have any listed issues, so would there be any recommendations on where I can get started?

Yes, all issues are tracked on the main repo (https://github.com/moira-alert/moira/issues/). The ones with the web tag are (usually) those related to the web2.0 repo.

привет! вопрос  не про moira, но связанный с метриками. Явно большинство в качестве хранения метрик использует Clickhouse (авторы moira - точно :) ).
Мы ранее сидели на go-carbon (просто файлики на файловой системе). Если кто-то отправил какое-нибудь г.., то просто удаляем плохие файлики и все. В CH для этого надо будет почистить соответствующие записи в таблице index в терминологии carbon-clickhouse-а. А кто-нибудь чистит такое в таблице points в терминологии cabron-clickhouse (собственно где все метрики и лежат)? Там вроде как delete делается асинхронно, запускаем и оно когда-то там удалится (пусть это будет долго, но мы не торопимся).

Я сначала хотел так делать, а потом понял, что смысла в этом никакого нет, потому что места они почти не занимают.
Если и удалять, то для красоты автодополнения в графане)
