Жан Жене и его «Влюбленный пленник»

«Влюбленный пленник» — последний роман Жана Жене, своего рода литературное и политическое завещание одного из самых трансгрессивных авторов ХХ века. Эта книга родилась из опыта путешествия писателя по Ближнему Востоку и знакомства с бойцами палестинского сопротивления, боровшимися не только за свободу от оккупации, но и за утопическое обновление всего мира.

В 1964 году Жан Жене узнает о самоубийстве своего любовника-араба, канатоходца Абдаллы, после чего объявляет о прекращении литературной деятельности. Он впадает в затяжную депрессию и в мае 1967-го пытается покончить с собой, но чудом остается жив. В декабре того же года писатель отправляется в длительное путешествие по Дальнему Востоку, вернувшись из которого становится свидетелем студенческих волнений в Париже в мае 1968-го. Впечатленный увиденным и духовно возрожденный после путешествия, Жене пишет свой первый политический текст, посвященный Даниэлю Кон-Бендиту, одному из лидеров мая 68-го, что становится началом длительного романа одного из самым радикальных авторов XX века с не менее радикальными политическими движениями своего времени (ФАТХ, «Черные пантеры», RAF), который закончится лишь со смертью Жана 15 апреля 1986 года. Плодом этих взаимоотношений стала книга воспоминаний «Влюбленный пленник», над которой Жене начал работу после, пожалуй, своего самого значительного политического текста — статьи «Четыре часа в Шатиле», посвященной резне в лагерях палестинских беженцев Сабра и Шатила, произошедшей 16 сентября 1982, и которую писал до самой смерти. Рассматривать плату за работу по дому как факт, а не перспективу означает отделение конечного результата нашей борьбы от самой борьбы, игнорирование ее (платы) значения в демистификации и упразднении той роли, которая отведена женщине в капиталистическом обществе.

Рассматривая плату за домашний труд столь редуктивно, мы неизбежно задаемся вопросом а насколько эти деньги изменят нашу жизнь? Мы даже можем согласиться, что у многих женщин, лишенных альтернативы домашней работе и браку, они действительно имеют большое значение. Но для тех из нас, у кого есть и другие возможности — профессиональная работа, просвещенный супруг, жизнь в коллективе, нетрадиционные отношения или же комбинация всего этого большого значения это иметь не будет. Для нас существуют и другие пути достижения экономической независимости, а получить ее, идентифицируя себя с ролью домохозяйки, — это, наверное, последнее, чего мы хотим, поскольку такая жизнь и здесь мы все с этим согласимся хуже смерти. Проблема же заключается в том, что добавляя в своем воображении немного денег к нашей дерьмовой жизни и затем спрашивая себя «ну и что?!», мы исходим из ложного предположения, что когда-нибудь сможем эти деньги получить, избежав борьбы и ничего кардинально не меняя в наших семейных и социальных отношениях.

Особенно пострадали бюджетники, промышленные рабочие и пенсионеры. Они составили ядро российских бедняков. И многие из них так и не успели выбраться из нищеты за тучные годы путинской стабильности. Но теперь к ним прибавляются социальные дауншифтеры — люди, которые поднялись по социальной лестнице и состоялись профессионально. Они уже успели привыкнуть к стандартам потребления среднего класса, но теперь все большее число из них попадает в ситуацию, когда нужно ждать скидок на овощи, а одежду покупать и вовсе только по акциям. Покупка квартиры или новой машины часто становится невозможной мечтой, а о путешествиях остается только вспоминать.
