
TASKS:
Purpose of the Job:
• To ensure smooth and efficient operations of the MJS Rus and provide administrative support for the MJS Rus team.
• To be a key link between the region (Russia, CIS, Central Asia) and the headquarter for administrative matters.
Administrative and General Assistant Tasks:
• General administrative support for the MJS Rus incl. coordination and paperwork with the service providers.
• Administrative support for the region, the General Director, the Marketing Manager and Brand Ambassador’s team. Keep orderly files of each market in the territory and manage filling on the company.
• In coordination and cooperation with management develop new forms which help improve the modus operandi of the territory.
• Directly liaise by phone and email with distribution partners of the MJ SE in the defined territory of the company to support their needs for the company and brand information materials.
• Coordinate process of orders for POS, GWPs, Cooling Devices and glasses.
• Cross-check partner marketing documentation and invoices in coordination with Mast HQ and MJS Rus management.
• Validate, check and process monthly travel and entertainment expenses.
Coordination / communication with region and HQ:
• Assist Regional Management to prepare annual budget documentation.
• Send marketing control spread sheets to the individual markets on a regular basis.
• Liaise with internal HQ departments on behalf of the region and in cooperation with General Director and Marketing Manager.
• Plan, organize and support business visits to MJS Rus, Germany and other locations.
• Organize and arrange meetings as required from time to time.
• To undertake special projects which are outside the normal duties its competence, as and when the need arises.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Higher education, additional training in marketing is a plus.
• Experience in administrative support or in the marketing area of not less than 1 year.
• Passion for the Jägermeister brand, positive and proactive attitude, attentive to details.
• Fluent English, good written and verbal communication.
• MS Office user.
