Mapillary is operating the Camera Grant Program (the Program) where it will give away a Blackvue DR900s-1ch dash cam or GoPro action camera to eligible applicants. The camera is provided to the applicant so that they can capture street-level images which will then be uploaded to Mapillary. In order to participate in the Mapillary Camera Grant Program, participants agree to the following:
- Mapillary will review the applications submitted and determine an applicant’s eligibility for the Program.
- To participate in the program you must have a Mapillary account with over 50,000 images.
- Your application is for one (1) camera.
- If you provide false information in your application, Mapillary may terminate your participation in the Program.
- You will use the Camera to capture images of at least the site and scope referenced in your application.
- You will immediately return the camera to Mapillary upon Mapillary’s written notice, at your expense if you gave any false or misleading statement in your application, or if your activities are detrimental to the program.
- The Camera is provided “as is” and with all faults and defects. Mapillary makes no warranties regarding the camera, express or implied. MAPILLARY DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND MERCHANTABILITY. In no event will Mapillary be liable for any damages
or losses, including interruption of business, loss of profits, use, data, or other economic advantage, or any direct, indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages, in connection with, related to or arising out of your activities, the Camera, or the Program, regardless of the theory of liability, even if Mapillary knew of the possibility of such damages.
